Career Goal: In the future, I hope to pursue a career in dentistry, specifically orthodontics or oral and maxillofacial surgery, and hopefully own my own practice someday! 

How has HSP participation enhanced your college experience at UNI? HSP at UNI has greatly enhanced my college experience by allowing me to form meaningful and professional relationships with people with similar career goals, as well as vastly different goals from mine. Additionally, HSP has enhanced my educational experience by giving me the opportunity to take classes with fewer students, make friends with other honors students in the class, and participate in projects specific to the honors section of the courses. 

How has your HSP experience prepared you for life after UNI? My HSP experience has prepared me for my life after UNI by allowing me to take courses that offer unique opportunities such as honors contracts, that give me the ability to incorporate aspects of my career goal directly into the material of the course. Additionally, HSP has enabled me to meet numerous honors students with the same career aspirations as me, which has allowed me to receive great advice about the path to achieving my goals.
