Career Goal: My future aspirations consist of teaching high school Spanish (levels one and two), as well as pursuing graduate school to earn my Master's Degree in Social Work in hopes of becoming a child and adolescent therapist!

How has HSP participation enhanced your college experience at UNI? My participation in the program has enhanced my experiences in many ways. I've met so many other students and faculty that have introduced me to different things here at UNI, whether it's classes, student organizations, and research opportunities. The Honors & Scholars Program was my first step in leading me to what I do as a student and in my everyday life. 

What is your favorite part about being in HSP? My favorite part about being in HSP is the ability to take charge of my own learning an have more in-depth learning and growth opportunities.

How has your HSP experience prepared you for life after UNI? My HSP experience has helped me feel more comfortable and confident in asking for help, effectively communicating with others who may or may not share my beliefs/interests, and has motivated me to be open to opportunities and take charge of them.
